My parents never talked about their religious view. I started attending church in college and I stuck with it. Religion is now a major theme in my life.

Ironically, I didn't become religious until I was out of the closet. I joined an LGBTQ friendly church and never looked back. Who knew!?

I got baptized as an adult after I finished rehab. 12 step saved my life and truly showed me God is real.

I'm not the person I used to be and now my spouse hates me. I used to drink and do drugs every day, but now I found Jesus and he saved me from that life I was living. My wife still wants to be a druggie.

I was 47yrs old before I found Jesus. I had to hit rock bottom: losing my job, family and motivation to live. I am now slowly getting it all back. Not easy, but worth it.
