I found Jesus today. During the pastors sermon I broke down. He finished and during the worship songs he held my hands and prayed for me. I cried more today than I have in the last year all together. I'm 26.

I found religion in attempts to better my mental health. My friend suggested I try going to church with her when I was 25. It has been 7 years now and I can't believe I never tried sooner.
