I took my lesbian friend to our first gay pride parade together. On our way there I heard a couple pass us and say, "God hates you." I'm glad it was me that heard, and not her.

I hated my first gay pride parade because it brings out all kinds of stupid people. Too many people come to gawk and make a big deal out of men openly kissing and what not. Staying in next year :/

I met my girlfriend when she was passing out condoms at a gay pride parade. It was an instant connection. She gave me a guy's condom and I told her I was 110% lesbian.

I went to my first gay pride yesterday. It really made me tear up when a group of Mormons in the parade gave me hugs, told me they loved me and shook my hand.
