Phalloplasty is one of the ugliest types of surgeries. It looks like a meat tube. I'm ftm but I'd never get it myself.

Phalloplasty in its current state would not satisfy me. I'm waiting for it to be improved upon before I commit to a square foot or more of scar tissue being visible on my body.
