When people ask what happened to my arm, I just say I had surgery and leave it at that. Sometimes they want to know what surgery but after I mention phalloplasty they tend to stop asking.

After 4 wks I finally showed my girlfriend the scar on my arm and she surprisingly knew I had a phalloplasty and doesnt care that Im trans. I thought she would break up with me.

I'm going from female to male. I'm removing all female aspects of my body through hormones and surgeries. I'm waiting for phalloplasty to improve before committing to it though.
