I work in a female-dominated field. I'm more qualified (degree-wise) than my female supervisor. I don't cry sexism, I do my job I agreed to at the salary I agreed to.

As a man, I can say I've lost many jobs to a woman. I currently work in a female dominated job where my chances of promotion are nearly non-existent.
