Just got fired from my job. I guess that's what happens when you work in a "female dominated industry"...If you're a man and you do one bad thing you're immediately fired. No strikes, no warnings. Just fired.

I work with mostly women in my industry. Now, it's sometimes hard to tell if women are being friendly or if they are flirting. The only downside.
