I hate when my bf leaves the window open ajar all night long because he "gets too hot." I'm anemic and I get cold extremely easy. Don't test me! Just sleep naked if you must!!!

Definitely check with your doc before any kind of fasting. I learned that the hard way. I'm anemic and it caused my blood sugar to drop, which felt like death. No intermittent fasting for me I guess...
