I'm a hardware store manager. This crazy lady tried to "return" plants that died...without the plants OR receipt. She got mad when I told her that I didn't know what she wanted me to do...

I work at a yarn shop. A lady tried to return yarn her cat ate saying it was like that. Umm it wouldn’t wind into a ball if it had been broken like that... nice try though.
