I work in tech support. Sometimes I call my hold button tier 2 support. Mostly because I can't call customers annoying.

I work in tech support and often explain to people how Wi-Fi works. Some customers go "well that's unacceptable, I'll take my business elsewhere!" Ok, but that won't change the technology 😂
