When I hear 'natural birth' I think no medication. I had both of my children without an epidural or any kind of medication for the pain . I don't think I'm any better than a c-section mother or an epidural one.

I've give birth 3 times with no epidural. It sucks, but it's worth it.
Without it I recovered quicker and no complications.
