When you give customers change and ask them if they have a preference and they say no. Then once you begin counting they start asking for the bills a specific way. Not cool.

One of my pet peeves is when customers call to make their order and then ask you to place them on hold until they decide. Oh my hell just look at the menu before and then call when you're ready.

Retail problems: when a customer comes in and they speak a different language, you cant understand each other, then they get mad at you for not speaking in their language.
