I regret the epidural. I pinched the nerve between my thumb and index finger during contractions which helped tremendously. I'm a 1st time mom and wouldn't get an epidural again.

It may seem like nothing to some, but I regret getting an epidural during labor soooo much. I wish I could go back and change things 😢

I used to think people who refuse an epidural are just crazy hippies. But I regret getting mine so much. It didn't numb pain it made it so much worse. Going natural next time for sure.

Every time I have back pain, I regret that epidural. My kid is 5! If you can withstand the pain... don't do it!
