Just lost my dream job due to covid.... The company is offering 1.5k as a way to get rid of me so I wouldn’t sue them. I am unsure what to do.

I’m furloughed because of COVID and I talked to the boss and it doesn’t sound like I’m getting my job back. I’m highly disappointed and not looking forward to having to find something else.
