I had a lesbian best friend through high-school and college. She joined the military right out of college and later died from a botched surgery.
I've missed her every day for nine years.

My wife was diagnosed w/ Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. After hysterectomy, surgeon changed Stage to 1, and believes original doctor botched procedure, forcing more aggressive action. No more kids, but I have my wife, with an excellent prognosis.

I think that all surgery should be covered by healthcare so that people won't run the risk of getting a botched surgery that will then need immediate medical attention to be fixed.

My mother had botched oral surgery Friday and I've been to the ER, an oral surgeon and now she's setting up an emergency appt for today since she's still in severe pain. This Thursday to take out stitches. Can't afford to keep missing work.
