Today my boss basically demoted me for being “too adhd” even though all my work was getting done. I'm pretty sure it was so he could hire his brother.

Today is the first time I have ever really hated who I am. I got demoted at work because I'm very ill and suffer depression and anxiety. Why can't I just be normal.
