The intricate mandala coloring books are my anxiety and depressions saviors. Makes my mind focus. The sound of water helps and smoking pot on the really really bad days.  I also regularly see a therapist.

I'm on the spectrum and struggle with anxiety and bad depression. My therapy is singing. It's the best way I can deal with my feelings, helped socialize and the endorphins are really good for my anxiety.

I listen to  ASMR on Youtube for women. Haters gonna hate, but it soothes me like no other! Best way to combat anxiety and bad thoughts.

Honestly, I struggle with depression and anxiety and PTSD and a learning disability. What helps me most is smoking weed. But if I can’t afford it I try to breath deeply and do my 5 sense things.

I slap my hair ties or rubber bands on my wrist when I start to feel anxious. This helps me in a weird way, but my coworkers sure look at me funny...
