Every month right before I get my period, I get extremely anxious about everything and occasionally have panick attacks. My PMS is kinda on the extreme side... Should I be conserned ?

everytime right before i get my period i cry bc of the most ridiculous things. like last time i cried 10 min bc of a video of a kitten falling over
